Policies & Procedures

Just some things to note before starting your catering order.


In order to reserve your event date, we require a 30% deposit. If you haven't done so already, fill out our catering inquiry form to get started. 


Upon booking your event, we require a 30-50% deposit (dependent on event type). This amount will be credited toward your final invoice amount. Save-the-date deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Final Count Guarantee:

A preliminary guest count must be provided at the time of booking with a final guest count confirmed 5 days prior to the event date. This number will serve as a guaranteed minimum. Additions to the guest count will be accepted 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the event and accommodated at our discretion.

Additional Fees:

Off-site catering staff labor, gratuity, rentals, delivery & applicable sales tax will be applied to the total bill, in addition to the menu prices.

Full-Service Includes:

Events that include on-site staff are subject to an hourly fee of $35 for each server/bartender and $50 for our chefs, with an auto-gratuity of 18% (before taxes, on food items only).


Service rates include departure from our catering facility to arrival back to our catering site. The number of staff needed is based on the details of your event. 

Our services include the setup of all food, dessert and N/A beverages that we provide. We can arrange the service of bartenders, but we can not provide you with alcoholic beverages; you will have to provide them your event. 

We can help arrange the rental of any items that are needed such as tables, chairs, tents, cutlery, glassware, plates and linens.

We will clean and manage the event during the cocktail hour/dinner/dessert portion of your event but do not typically stay until the event concludes, unless requested. 


Depending on location, vehicles required for delivery, and number of staff members for the event, there will be an additional delivery fee. Generally, we cater York Region, Ontario and the surrounding area.
